The updated curricula added six (6) units to the existing programs with the inclusion of Archaeo 220 (Philippine Preshistoric Archaeology, 3 units) and Archaeo 260 (Archaeological Resource Management, 3 units) to the core courses. Aside from changing the program requirements, the curricular update also includes the institution of a new course and revision of existing courses.

A major course revision is the splitting of Archaeo 242 Archaeobiological Remains, which covers both botanical and faunal materials, into two: a renamed Archaeo 242, Archaeozoological Remains and a newly-instituted course, Archaeo 246 Archaeobotanical Remains.

Implementation schedule of the revised programs:
*MS - will start on 3rd Term AY 2023-2024
*MA - started last 2nd Term AY 2023-2024
