The Archaeological Studies Program (ASP) at the University of the Philippines Diliman was established on August 24, 1995. In 2022, ASP was granted the chance to elevate into the University of the Philippines Diliman, School of Archaeology (UPSA). Multidisciplinary in nature, the UP School of Archaeology is designed to oversee and coordinate instructional, research and extension activities pertaining to the systematic discovery, reclamation, analysis, presentation and preservation of the material remains of past cultures.

The UP School of Archaeology offers Diploma, MA/MS, and PhD programs in coordination with the different colleges of the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
